Fantastic in 5th grade!

I started teaching 5th grade in 2018. I had previously worked in this district as a teacher's assistant for 7 years before completing my teaching degree. I worked in another district for 11 years teaching 6th grade, 4th grade, and 1st grade PE. Returning to Wayne has felt like coming home. I live in Rosedale with my husband, Brent. I have two daughters, Blaike and Bailey and a son-in-law, Grant. I also have a fabulous granddaughter, Brinlee, who also loves being a Wayne Bulldog! We are an animal loving family. I have two dogs, three horses, and an aquarium full of fish. We have even adopted a couple of spiders (outside) to observe. I am a math nerd and my students learn that very early on! I believe in lots of fun, lots of learning, and challenging ourselves to stretch our brains every day!
