INFORMATION FOR PICKING UP STUDENT ITEMS FROM SCHOOL
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Parents will be able to pick up elementary students’ supplies on:
*Tuesday, April 7th between the hours of 9:00 am to noon
*Wednesday, April 8th between the hours of 9:00 am to noon
All supplies will be distributed using the parent pick-up line on the north end of the elementary and early childhood buildings. Parents should remain in their vehicles and supplies will be brought to the car.
If these days and times are not convenient for you, please contact your child’s teacher or April Selman at [email protected] and other arrangements will be made.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
PLEASE email Heather Spray to set up a time to pick up personal items only. Middle school will be by appointment and only allowing 1 student at a time in the building per 5 minute intervals. Times for these appointments will be from:
*Tuesday, April 7th between the hours of 9:00 am to noon
*Wednesday, April 8th between the hours of 9:00 to noon

Middle school parents - please park in front of the middle school.
HIGH SCHOOL
PLEASE email Maribel Guerrero to set up a time to pick up personal items only. High school will be by appointment and only allowing 1 student at a time in the building per 5 minute intervals. Times for these appointments will be from:
*Tuesday, April 7th between the hours of 9:00 am to noon
*Wednesday, April 8th between the hours of 9:00 am to noon

High school students/parents - please park in the back parking lot. You will be allowed in the back entrance by the covered pavilion.
