If you are an existing Wayne student, please bring an up to date immunization record and your proof of address. If you are a new student, please bring a state-issued birth certificate, Social Security card, immunization record, proof of address, and CDIB card or Indian Tribal Letter of Citizenship.
Our preferred proof of address is a utility bill or lease agreement.
If your child owes lunch or library fees from the previous year, please settle those at enrollment.
